Explanation of Benefits
The Medicare Part D Pharmacy Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is mailed to you monthly by Prime Therapeutics on behalf of your Medicare plan. It is an itemized statement detailing drug claims from the past month. It is not a bill. You can choose to receive the Medicare Part D EOB by mail or you can choose a paperless* option. Simply update your Communication preferences.
*Paperless Medicare Part D EOB statements will be available for view up to 18 months after they have been posted. If you change your mind and want to receive your Medicare Part D EOB by mail again, update your communication preferences. Prime Therapeutics strives to send communications in your preferred language and method of alerts (email, text messages or phone alert). Not all communications can be sent in the preferences you select. In some cases we will default to another type of alert and in English only.
